DocuVault contacted Rhino Reviews for help to understand their local SEO results in Google and why their business was suddenly appearing lower than their competitors. 

Though DocuVault was the more established business, their competitors had recently grown a significant number of reviews and had built out and were updating their Google listing. Additionally, they had claimed other business listing profiles — all strategies to improve local SEO results.

Solution

Rhino Reviews worked with DocuVault to implement a unique review growth strategy as DocuVault had challenges with customer contact information. DocuVault has salesmen on the road who visit customers, and they needed a solution to ask customers for reviews in the moment verbally and to follow-up with a review request afterward.

Rhino Reviews provide unique links to track the productivity of each sales representative as well as drive Google reviews. 

Rhino Reviews also worked to claim out missing listings and optimize the Google My Business listings for the multiple locations of DocuVault.

In just 3 months, DocuVault reviews grew by over 300%, and in 1 year they crossed 500 reviews while maintaining a 5-star rating.
