Challenge
MyFootPath / Operation Graduate contacted Rhino Reviews to help them grow their online reviews from students and help raise awareness about their education program.
They were also struggling to hire new team members as they had a negative reputation from a prior business model on the employer branding profiles and looking for support to improve their reviews and reputation on Glassdoor and Indeed.
Solution
Rhino Reviews implemented a review strategy to solicit reviews on a monthly basis from recent graduates of the program and built out their Google My Business profiles with weekly post updates, services and products, and updated images.
Rhino also worked with HR to implement review campaigns and various times during onboarding as well as throughout the year for team members.
Results
In the first 2 months working together, Operation Graduate gained 19 5-star reviews on Google and has continued to see positive growth in both reviews and rating in the continued years we have partnered together.
Rhino Reviews was also successful at removing slanderous employee reviews and growing real, positive reviews from happy team members on Glassdoor and Indeed.
