Challenge

Vision One realized that while they had many profiles online, they did not have ownership or access to any of them. More concerning, their listings had been claimed by random individuals not associated with the business. 

They had photographs of individuals who did not work for the company on their listings. Their business information was incorrect and some profiles had website URLs that linked to their competitors. 

They needed support gaining control of their listings and working to improve and repair their online reputation.

Solution

Rhino Reviews put together an analysis looking at every live listing and identifying areas of opportunity. They also identified listings that were missing or duplicate listings. This analysis helped craft the strategy and immediate focus of obtaining access and management to the profiles. 

Once Rhino Reviews gained access and built the listings, they cleaned up the profiles with updated images, weekly posts, FAQ answers, review responses, etc. 

Rhino Reviews also created campaigns to outreach to patients in order to solicit positive reviews across their listings.

Results

After working together for just six months, Vision One had access to all their listings and have improved from a 2.7 rating with just 9 reviews to a 4.8 rating with 200+ reviews!
