CiiRUS contacted Rhino Reviews for support with their online reviews across multiple platforms. Their reputation had cost them multiple sales and they were hearing more and more frequently from prospects that while they wanted to choose CiiRUS, their reviews scared them away. 

Solution

Rhino Reviews worked with CiiRUS to understand opportunities within their current process that needed improvement and then crafted a reputation strategy to focus on growing their online reviews. 

It was determined that Google was the immediate focus with G2 and Capterra as secondary priorities. Rhino crafted review campaigns focusing on Google initially and then doubling back to customers who engaged and personally asking for G2 and Capterra reviews.

Results

Within the first year, Google improved from a 3.8 rating with 45 reviews to a 4.3 rating with 98 reviews. G2 has increased from a 2 rating to a 3.6 rating!
